We’re looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Administrator to join our team at our office in Newmarket, Suffolk.
This is a varied role where you’ll provide high-quality administrative support to our Case Managers and wider team, helping us deliver effective services for clients with complex needs. You’ll play an important part in keeping things running smoothly, from managing documentation and correspondence to coordinating diaries, records and day-to-day administration.

What you'll be working:
~ Working full time, - 37.5hrs per week
The role offers hybrid working, combining time in the office with working from home (To be discussed at interview).
Location: Newmarket, Suffolk
Salary - £28 -30k depending on experience
What you'll be doing
As our Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate administrative and typing support, including preparing letters, reports, client records and correspondence
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinating diaries, appointments and meetings
- Maintaining accurate client records and filing systems
- Responding professionally to telephone calls and enquiries
- Creating and maintaining databases, spreadsheets and administrative records
- Formatting reports and documentation to a high professional standard
- Handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Supporting staff rotas, training and onboarding activities where required
- Working closely with colleagues and managers across the organisation
- Helping identify ways to improve administrative processes and efficiency
What we're looking for
You’ll be a confident and capable administrator who can manage competing priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
You'll need:
- At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using databases or CRM systems
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- Confidence working independently and using your own initiative
- A proactive, flexible and adaptable approach
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Desirable payroll experience
Experience handling sensitive or confidential information would also be desirable.
Anglia Case Management provides case management to both adults and children and young people. Most of our CYP referrals are either children with cerebral palsy or traumatic brain injury. The majority of our adult clients have suffered an acquired or traumatic brain injury, and some have other associated injuries, which compound their needs. We also take referrals for clients with other complex conditions, such as multiple MSK injuries, amputees or spinal cord injuries. We have clients who we are supporting at work or at home, and others who have profound needs requiring 24-hour support.
