Are you caring, proactive, and love connecting with people on a personal level?

If so, we’d love to welcome you to Active Care in the Home, part of the UK’s largest provider of complex care.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our friendly, professional team in Coventry, supporting a fantastic gentleman who has a spinal injury.

He’s an upbeat, sociable person who values independence, good conversation, and keeping life as normal and positive as possible. You’ll work together to make that happen every day.

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change.
