About the role:

Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base, and have a new children's care package in Cardiff.

We’re looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our young client with complex health needs in their family home. Our client is an 11 year old little girl who has complex medical and developmental needs.

Full specialist training will be provided.

When you will be working:

• Weekdays 4pm-10pm

• Sleeping night shifts also available 10pm-8am

• Hours increase during school holidays

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
