Are you looking for Live in Support worker position?

Would you like a rewarding role in which you can support a client one to one in their own home?

Come and join one of the UK's largest providers of complex care.

Within the Care in the Home division, we support clients with complex care to live independently in their own homes.

We'd like you to join us as a Live in Support Worker to assist our female client who lives in Newborough, Burton-on-Trent.

Meet the client

Our client is a kind, caring, and gentle lady who enjoys the comfort of her peaceful home in a beautiful rural setting. As there are no nearby shops or local amenities, being able to drive and access transport is essential for this role.

“Family means everything to me, and maintaining my comfort, dignity, and routine at home is a priority.”

She takes great pride in her home and values a clean, tidy, and well-organised environment. She is looking for a support worker who is confident using their own initiative, brings a positive outlook to each day, and has a warm, friendly, and bubbly personality.

Building trust is incredibly important to our client. She would love someone she can chat with and rely on, but as she is naturally quiet and reserved, it takes time for her to get to know and feel comfortable with new people. Patience, understanding, and consistency are therefore essential qualities for anyone supporting her.

Due to a genuine occupational requirement, we are seeking applications from female candidates only for this role.

You’ll be working as part of a consistent support team providing 24/7 care, helping to create stability, familiarity, and meaningful daily experiences. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.

What you'll have:

  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility & reliability – continuity of care is imperative for our clients
