We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth, quality, and success of our business.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an operational leader who enjoys bringing people, processes and performance together. Working closely with the Director and senior leadership team, you will oversee the operational delivery of the business, ensuring our teams have the systems, support and environment they need to provide exceptional services to our clients.

You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing business processes, supporting strategic initiatives and helping to shape the future growth of West Country Case Management.

The Role

This role is 20-30 hours per week and offers hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational management of the business.
• Support the delivery of strategic business objectives and growth plans.
• Develop and improve operational systems, processes and ways of working.
• Provide leadership and support to colleagues across the organisation.
• Monitor business performance, reporting and key operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Support financial administration, resource planning and business performance initiatives.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong operational expertise with excellent people skills.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience within healthcare, case management, social care or a regulated environment.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience supporting business performance.
• A proactive approach with the ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
• A passion for supporting teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
