About the role:
This role is to support a teenage girl with complex health needs in her family home, where she lives wiht her parents, siblings and cats and dogs. Our client has a complex neuro disabiloity, scoliosis, respiratory difficulties, epilepsy, gastrostomy tube and she is non-verbal.
This role is to stay awake overnight to monitor and support her with all her needs to include personal care, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment. You will be working alongside another support worker at all times. Full specialist training will be provided.
When you will be working:
- Waking nights (11pm-8am) - Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

- up to £15.50 per hour (depending on experience) - you’ll also receive an additional 14.07% holiday pay on every hour worked
