About the role:
This role is to support a young boy with complex clinicial health needs (our client has a tracheostomy to support his breathing and a gastrostomy feed) in his family home overnight.
This role is to stay awake overnight to monitor and manage his clinical equipment. Full specialist training will be provided.
Our client has a great sense of humour, likes football, basketball, tennis and playing electronic games. He lives at home with his mum, sister and cats.
When you will be working:
- Waking nights (10pm-7am) - Mondays and Tuesdays, but with flexiblity for occassional Sundays
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

- up to £13.50 per hour (depending on experience) - you’ll also receive an additional 14.07% holiday pay on every hour worked
