Support Worker - North Wales

Locations: Caerwys, Mold, Kinmel Bay, Ruthin, Mancot, Flint, Rhyl, St Asaph, Holywell 

Hours:Day & night shifts available 

Contract: Zero-hours –In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

What you'll be doing:

This is not a domiciliary care role. You will be part of a specialist team delivering one-to-one supportto clients with complex needs, including spinal injuries, brain injuries, epilepsy, neurological conditions, and learning disabilities supporting clients in their own homes with: 

• Personal care

• Medication administration

• Moving and handling

• Managing clinical equipment

• Shopping

• Providing short-term and ongoing cover within existing care packages, and supporting new packages when needed
