We have an amazing opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team at Ivetsey Bank Hospital, our specialist CAMHS Hospital.  Ivetsey Bank Hospital is a Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) hospital for young people aged 12-18 with a diagnosed mental health condition. We’re committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy and empowered, enabling them to live the best life possible.

Located in Staffordshire, we specialise in supporting young people with severe or complex mental health conditions who need intensive inpatient treatment. We are dedicated to providing caring, supportive, recovery-focused treatment and we achieve this by working together with our young people, their families and other professionals.

What you'll be working:

  • Full time, 37.50 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
  • £29,428.21 (FTE) per annum, pro rata.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide confidential administration support and ensure the HR system is kept updated.
  • Ensure all compliance checks are completed in a timely manner and any issues are raised with the Hospital Director and the relevant regional HR Advisor with immediate effect.
  • Provide accurate minutes for disciplinary/grievance and investigation meetings. To provide minutes for other managers who use the services’ facilities for disciplinary meetings.
  • Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of all documentation relating to colleague holidays, sickness, and absence. Provide regular information to the Hospital Director and other relevant line managers on colleague sickness, in accordance with Company Policy.
  • To be responsible for assisting with the recruitment procedures including liaison with the central talent acquisition and onboarding teams to ensure adverts are posted, short-listing takes place in a timely manner, interviews arranged, and offers are sent.
  • Monitor training compliance, ensuring colleagues are booked onto training in a timely manner and that they attend. Providing support to colleagues on Active Learning Hub.

What you'll have:

  • Experience within a HR Admin role preferable but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Adaptable and flexible approach to tasks
  • Computer literate with good Microsoft Word knowledge
  • Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal direct supervision
  • Ambitious person, who is driven and determined to achieve objectives
  • An ability to listen, learn and act to problem solve, influence and question
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
