Support Worker Opportunity – Be the Reason Someone Smiles Today!

We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our clients home based in Flint, North Wales.

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, compassionate, and reliable support worker to join a small but mighty care package supporting a vibrant woman with Cerebral Palsy. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference while building a warm and respectful bond with someone who values independence, optimism, and a cheeky bit of fun.


When you'll be working:

  • 2- 3 shifts a week
  • 8:30am-12.:30pm
  • 8-12 hours a week
  • Must be willing to work every other weekend

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting with personal care routines like dressing, undressing, and light washing tasks
  • Encouraging wellbeing by accompanying her to the gym and promoting physical activity
  • Offering gentle prompting and company during quieter moments, especially on busier days
  • Being part of a one-to-one care arrangement within a cozy one-bedroom bungalow


What were looking for:

  • 2–3 daytime shifts per week
  • 4-hour shifts including every other Sunday
  • A driver is essential (female applicants only, in line with genuine occupational requirements)
