We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to provide dedicated support for a female client living in Carterton, Oxfordshire. The client has an acquired brain injury (ABI), a learning disability, and epilepsy, requiring person-centred support to promote her safety, independence, and quality of life. Shifts are 24 hours (9:00am to 9:00am) and include a sleep-in period from 11:00pm to 7:00am. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the client's daily routines, managing her individual needs, and responding appropriately to seizures, while ensuring she feels valued, respected, and empowered in her own home.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your role will include:

· Personal care and daily living support

· Supporting mobility and safe transfers

· Assistance with meals, hydration, and medication

· Household tasks to maintain a safe environment

· Supporting clients to attend appointments and social activities

· Providing overnight support where required

Working Pattern

· Hours may vary from week to week, however the shifts will be booked in advance.

· Zero-hours contract with consistent opportunities
