The Account Manager is responsible for managing our external staffing base, ensuring excellent service delivery, high shift fulfilment, accurate workforce matching, and effective operational governance. The role acts as the primary contact for our internal bank team and Operations teams to ensure client requirements are met and service standards are maintained.
What you'll be doing:
Manage and develop relationships with our internal bank team, service managers and external providers.
Act as the main point of contact for staffing queries, escalations, and requirements.
Drive shift fulfilment performance and workforce availability across assigned accounts.
Ensure healthcare workers are accurately matched to client requirements and site specific compliance standards are met.
Monitor staffing demand, workforce planning, and staffing trends.
Oversee timesheet processing, approvals, and payroll governance to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
Produce and analyse performance reports, including fill rates, compliance, and service KPIs.
Work collaboratively with external suppliers, Compliance, Payroll, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, service level agreements, and company policies.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and account growth.

What you'll have:
Essential
Minimum 2 years’ experience within healthcare staffing, recruitment, workforce management, or account management.
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing high-volume staffing accounts and service delivery.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and reporting capability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
Desirable
Experience managing national or multi-site client accounts.
Knowledge of VMS, MSP, Neutral Vendor, and client portal systems.
Understanding of timesheet processing, payroll governance, and workforce compliance requirements.
