We support children and young people with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker to support our young client at her home in Burgess Hill.


What you'll be doing:

This role is to support a 4 year old little girl with complex health needs in her family home overnight. This will involve staying awake throughout the night and monitoring her clinical equipment.

Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.


When you'll be working:

  • Waking night shifts (10pm-6am)
  • 1-2 nights a week available out of Sun/Mon/Tues nights


In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.

  • up to £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
