About the role:

This role is to support a 15 year old girl who has complex needs due to a traumatic brain injury. She is a wheelchair user, has epilepsy, a mini button for feeds and meds, non-verbal and communicates using makaton and her communication book. She lives at home with her family, and we provide support in the family home.

When you will be working:

• Thursday and Friday mornings (7am-9am) and evenings (4pm-9pm)
  
• Plus share of weekend shifts (we provide 8am-8pm shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and a Saturday sleep night shift 10pm-8am).

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
