We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker in Winchester.
What you'll be doing:
This role is to support a 7 year old little girl with learning disabilities and epilepsy in her family home and at school.
Shifts:
- Weekends - Saturdays and Sundays (8am-4pm)
- Plus occassional weekday shifts (8am-4pm) to cover when the regular support worker is off on holiday/ sick
- Plus occassional waking nights to cover (8pm-8am)
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
