About the role:

This role is to work across two children's care packages, doing a mix of day and waking night shifts.

Our client in Chelmsford is a 10 year old boy who has autism, epilepsy, ADHD and global developmental delay. We provide waking night shifts.

Our client in Hullbridge is a 17 year old boy who has cerebral palsy and complex clinical health needs. We provide both day and waking night shifts.



When you will be working:

  • Mix of day and waking night shifts

  • Chelmsford: waking night shifts (7pm-7am)

  • Hullbridge: day (8am-4pm) and waking night shifts (10pm-7am)

  • Approx 2-3 shifts a week available - must be flexible for any of the above shifts


In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
