Facilities Officer

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Facilities Officer to join our friendly team at our Hunters Moor Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Birmingham.

Working as part of our Estates team, you will help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-presented environment for our residents, patients, and colleagues, ensuring the site operates efficiently and to the highest standards. What you'll be working:

• Full-time hours
• 37.5 hours per week
• £29,584.63 (FTE) per annum pro rata

What you'll be doing:

• General building maintenance and repairs
• Grounds and site upkeep
• Safety and compliance checks
• Supporting site logistics and maintenance records

What we would like from you:

• maintenance or trade experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
