Shifts: 2-3 nights a week (9pm-7am)

About the role:
This role is to support a young girl with complex clinical health needs (our client has a ventilator to support her breathing while she sleeps) in her family home overnight.
This role is to stay awake overnight to monitor and manage her clinical equipment. Full specialist training will be provided.
Our client is a happy girl who loves listening to music, watching films, and playing on her phone. She also loves pamper sessions and having her nails painted. She also enjoys playing board games and playing with her toys and teddies.
When you will be working:
- Waking nights (9pm-7am)
- 2-3 nights a week
- Flexibility for weekdays and weekends required
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

- up to £13 per hour (depending on experience) - you’ll also receive an additional 14.07% holiday pay on every hour worked
