About this role

Location: Deeside 
Hours: Part-time & full time hours available, 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am 

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

About the Client:

This role is to support one of our male clients who has a traumatic brain injury in his own home where he lives with his 2 dogs based in Deeside.

Our client is in his 30's, he has fantastic sense of humour and loves nothing more than a bit of banter and having a laugh with the people around him. He has a real passion for football and ice hockey, enjoys going to the cinema, and can happily spend an evening binge-watching a good box set. He likes to keep active and heads to the gym twice a week, as well as enjoying getting outdoors and taking his two beloved dogs for walks.

If you have green fingers, even better! As he absolutely loves visiting the garden centre, choosing new plants and spending time in his garden. He also enjoys being involved in everyday household activities and particularly likes getting stuck into food preparation and other daily tasks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Accompany to activities, and outings
  • Provide guidance with daily routines and planning
  • Encourage hobbies and interests
  • Support with his day to day tasks
