About the role:

Active Assistance are expanding our client base, and have a new children's care package in Preston.

This role is to support our brand new client, a 14 year old boy, in his family home overnight. Our client has complex health needs including an acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy, he is non-verbal, non-mobile and has a PEG. 

This role is to stay awake overnight to monitor and support him with all his needs to include personal care, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment. Full specialist training will be provided. 

When you will be working:

• Waking nights (9pm-7am) 
• Part time or Full time available, depending how many nights a week you are looking for (we have 3-4 nights a week available)

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

• up to £13.50 per hour (depending on experience) - you’ll also receive an additional 14.07% holiday pay on every hour worked
