Are you an experienced Senior Case Manager or an experienced Case Manager looking to step up? We have fantastic opportunity for a Senior Case Manager to join us our team on a part-time basis.
AJ Case Management provides specialist case management services to children and adults, with a particular focus on clients who have sustained brain injuries through clinical negligence or personal injury. We also support individuals with other complex and catastrophic injuries, including spinal cord injury and multi-orthopaedic trauma, across a range of settings including the home, workplace and education.
This is an exciting opportunity to join AJ Case Management as a Senior Case Manager, reporting directly to the Clinical Lead. You will manage your own caseload while providing clinical and operational support to the Clinical Lead, Registered Manager and wider Case Management team.
You will play an important role in supporting the quality and development of our case management services, as well as building strong relationships with existing and potential referrers to support the continued growth of the business.

The Role:
This is a part-time hybrid role working flexibly around clients with 2 days per month at our head office in Wolverhampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of clients.
- Monitor the quality of case management services through reviewing case notes, conducting client reviews and evaluating reports, while providing support to Case Managers as required.
- Support the Registered Manager with CQC compliance.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, business partners and regulatory authorities.
- Provide supportive clinical leadership, fostering innovation, managing risk and ensuring adherence to professional and regulatory standards.
- Provide clinical cover for the Clinical Lead during periods of leave or absence.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years’ Case Management experience, ideally within complex or catastrophic injury.
- Degree-level healthcare professional qualification, or equivalent.
- Experience supervising and supporting staff.
- Knowledge of the litigation process and case management requirements.
- Strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations is desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and manage sensitive situations effectively.
