What you'll be doing:
This role is to support our 17 year old male client with complex needs in his family home in Four Marks, Alton and out in the community. Our clients needs include cerebral palsy, moving and handling needs, epilepsy, and PEG feed.
Shifts:
- Flexibility to work days and nights
- Days: morning 7am-10am and early evenings 3pm-8pm
- Nights (waking and sleeping): 8pm-7am
In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

- Up to £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)
- You’ll also receive an additional 14.07% holiday pay on every hour worked
