Sleeping Night Children's Support Worker

What you'll be doing:

We are expanding our client base and have a new client in Whitchurch.

This role is to support a little girl with complex needs in her family home overnight. This will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and her PEG feed. Our client also has severe visual impairment and congnitive difficulties. 

We will provide full specialist clinical training, shadow shifts and ongoing support.

 

Shifts:

• Sleeping night shifts
• During non term time (school holidays) we will also provide day shifts 

 

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

Please note we are recruting Female Support Workers due to a genuine occupational requirement of the person we support therefore this role is exampt from the Equality Act 2010 Part Schedule 9
