At Active Assistance, we’re growing our nationwide team of male and female Live-In Support Workers. You’ll provide person-centred, 1:1 support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

What you'll be doing:

Every placement is different. Your role will include moving into the client’s home and supporting them with personal care (including washing, dressing and toileting), moving and handling, domestic tasks and social activities.

No experience is required, as full specialist training is provided.

In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.

When you'll be working:

  • Assignments lasting 1-2 weeks long
  • Regular consistent work with set rolling rotas
  • You must commit to working regularly each month to enable continuity of care for our clients
