As we continue to expand, we are seeking two ambitious and experienced Regional Property Managers to join our Estates team, supporting the Midlands region.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a property, estates, or facilities management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful difference. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our healthcare environments remain safe, compliant, welcoming, and fit for the future, directly supporting the delivery of exceptional care.
Reporting to the Head of Estates, you'll have responsibility for a diverse portfolio of healthcare properties, leading compliance, maintenance, and capital investment programmes while building strong partnerships with operational leaders and contractors across your region.

The Role
As Regional Property Manager, you will oversee the operational performance and compliance of your regional estate, ensuring that all properties, facilities, equipment, and supporting contracts are maintained to the highest standards.
You'll lead the delivery of planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance programmes, and capital improvement projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Working collaboratively with Registered Managers, maintenance teams, contractors, and senior stakeholders, you'll provide expert guidance and leadership to ensure our facilities remain safe, compliant, and operationally effective.
What you'll be doing:
Estate & Facilities Management
- Manage a portfolio of healthcare properties across your designated region
- Coordinate planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities
- Ensure properties remain safe, welcoming, fully operational, and compliant
- Oversee the maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, vehicles, equipment, and associated assets
- Support the development and delivery of cyclical maintenance and improvement plans
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and healthcare-specific requirements
- Monitor fire safety, health and safety, infection prevention, building compliance, and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate compliance records, audits, inspections, and maintenance documentation
- Identify estate-related risks and implement effective corrective actions
Capital Projects & Investment
- Deliver regional CAPEX programmes and property improvement projects
- Coordinate refurbishment, upgrade, and installation projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, contractors, and quality standards
- Support future expansion, acquisitions, and estate development opportunities
Contractor & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Procure services and obtain competitive quotations
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure consistently high standards
- Work closely with operational teams to minimise disruption to patient care and service delivery
Leadership & Support
- Provide guidance and support to site-based maintenance teams and Registered Managers
- Promote best practice in property compliance and facilities management
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Produce regular reports on compliance, maintenance performance, budgets, and project progress
Key Requirements:
We're looking for an experienced estates, facilities, or property professional who combines strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills.
You'll be a proactive problem solver, comfortable managing multiple priorities across a diverse property portfolio, and passionate about creating environments that support exceptional healthcare outcomes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Significant experience managing a multi-site property, estates, or facilities portfolio
- Previous experience within healthcare, care, hospitality, education, or similarly regulated environments
- Strong understanding of building compliance, property legislation, and construction methodologies
- Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance programmes
- Knowledge of statutory compliance, health and safety regulations, and risk management
- Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and service agreements
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively across a national organisation
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across your region
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, Building Surveying, or a related discipline is advantageous but not essential
- Relevant Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
- Additional healthcare estates or compliance qualifications would be advantageous
