We'd like you to join us as a Rehabilitation Assistant at our service, The Laurels in Lincoln.

The Laurels provides specialist post-acute rehabilitation, as well as management of long-term neurological conditions. We offer a strong focus on therapy, care and quality of life. We're committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, and empowered, enabling them to live the best life possible.

What you'll be working:

• Full-time - 37.63 hours
• We have both day and night shifts available
•  £25,292.00 (FTE) Per annum (Pro rata)

What you'll be doing:

• Support our patients with all their personal care needs, which include washing, dressing, and toileting. and nutritional needs.
• Work and act as a key member of the team, supporting each patient in the achievement of their planned outcomes.
• Build relationships with patients which are open and two-way
• Support patients to undertake their rehabilitation programme
• Establish methods of communication with patients, reducing barriers when necessary
• Communicate any issues to the clinical team
• Accurately report and/or record work activities

What you'll have:

• Flexible working
• A passion for care
• Previous experience in care is desirable. Full training provided.
• Must be able to support service users with all activities of daily living such as washing, dressing, personal care and moving and handling.
